On behalf of the NYC NROTC unit and midshipmen battalion, please accept our condolences. We thank Admiral Lowe for his leadership and vision in bringing the Navy back to Columbia. Because of his dedication the Navy will continue to grow great leaders and warriors in defense of our nation. Rest in Peace.
